There are no additional customs fees or duties for international orders. We take care of these costs, so the total price in your cart is the final amount you will pay.

If you receive your package and find that some items are lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that we will promptly issue an immediate resend for those items.

30-Day undelivered resend

If your package isn't delivered within 30 days, you can request a complementary reshipment. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically resend it. If it arrives later, you can keep it at no cost, and there's no need to return it.
