How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
FOR PRODUCTS THAT SHIP FROM CHINA

To keep the cost of our products low and pass the savings on to you, we ship a majority of our products directly from our warehouses located in USA, China, Germany, Russian Federation and European. Under usual circumstances, total delivery time is 9-21 days depending on your location (excluding processing times).  

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Does not include customs clearance or order processing.

Australia: 6 - 11 days average

Canada: 9 - 15 days average

Denmark: 10 - 15 days average

France: 8 - 13 days average

Germany: 7 - 14 days average

Ireland: 8 - 19 days average

Israel: 42 - 51 days average

Italy: 10 - 19 days average

Norway: 11 - 23 days average

Spain: 6 - 15 days average

Sweden: 10 - 19 days average

Switzerland: 2 - 20 days average

United Arab Emirates: 6 - 19 days average

United Kingdom: 7 - 14 days average

United States: 15 - 18 days average

All Others: Between 12 - 21 days average

Individual items within an order may ship from different locations and may arrive on different dates. 

FOR PRODUCTS THAT SHIP FROM USA

Select items on our website ship from warehouse locations in the US. Please note that these items contain "Ships From US" in their titles. 

Items that ship from the US are only available to US customers. We do not ship these items internationally. If you're from outside of the US and place an order for a "Ships From US" item, your item will come from China. 

USA: Between 2 - 7 business days

Will i receive a tracking number to track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email for shipment confirmation and the tracking number for you to track the process as soon as the order has been shipped. It may take a couple days for any tracking information to show.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders normally take up to 24-48 hours to process - excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume. But we will get your order out.

To which locations do you ship?

We ship to United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 days return on all products. Please refer to our return and refund policy.

Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders

My item has not arrived, is it normal?

The order is processed between 1 and 2 business days and the delivery time is 9-21 days depending on your location.

If it's been less than 14 business days, you will just have to arm yourself with a little more patience, your item is on its way!

If all of your order has still not arrived after 21 working days maximum, please contact us so we investigate the tracking code and resend again if necessary.

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team by email with a photo or video of the problem you encountered and we will send you a new item immediately. If you do not get an answer from us within 24 hour (Monday to Friday) please check your spams, we answer 100% of emails. Otherwise contact us by phone.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, contact us and we will let you know the procedure. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods. You just need to send the item back to us and we will proceed to the refund. Please refer to our return and refund policy.

Canceling an order or change address?

Orders may be canceled or change address within 12 hours of placing only if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
